No cookies, analytics or tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and includes no tracking, advertising or third-party scripts, fonts or embedded content. Everything the site needs is served from recursivx.com.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting and content delivery provider. In the course of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as the IP address, the page requested, and browser and timing information, on our behalf and under a data processing agreement. We do not use this data to identify visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you email us
If you contact us, we process your name, email address, the content of your message and any information you choose to include, in order to respond to you and, if you become a client, to prepare and perform our agreement with you. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for other correspondence, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is kept for up to twelve months and then deleted. Records relating to an engagement are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as required by Cyprus tax and company law, which is generally six years from the end of the relevant year.
Email is handled by our email provider, which processes it on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form, in each case subject to the conditions in the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
